  2. Prepare of दो बारीक कटी हुई प्याज.
  3. Get of दो चम्मच अदरक लहसुन मिर्च का पेस्ट.
  4. Take of एक तेजपत्ता.
  5. Prepare 4 of बड़ी इलायची.
  6. You need of एक चम्मच सरसों जीरा कलौंजी सोफ मेथी.
  7. Take of स्वाद अनुसार लाल मिर्च पाउडर.
  8. You need of ईद चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर.
  9. Provide of दो चम्मच धनिया ओर जीरा पाउडर.
  10. Use of एक चम्मच गरम मसाला पाउडर.
  11. Prepare of तीन पीसे हुए टमाटर.
  12. Prepare of आधा कप फेंटा हुआ दही.
  13. Use of नमक स्वाद अनुसार.
  14. Provide of तलेने के लिए तेल.
  15. Provide of धनिया पत्ती सजावट के लिए.

Steps to make Kathal gravy:

  1. कटहल में हल्का सा नमक डालकर कुकर में मुलायम होने तक पका लें कढ़ाई में दो चम्मच तेल गरम करें और उसमें तेजपत्ता इलायची सरसों जीरा कलौंजी सॉफ मेथी डालें जब मसाले तड़क जाए तो कढ़ाई में कटे प्याज डालें और सुनहरा होने तक भूने.
  2. अब कढ़ाई में अदरक लहसुन और मिर्च वाला बेस्ट डाले और पकाएं एक कटोरी में सूखे मसाले और दो-तीन चम्मच पानी डालकर मिलाएं और कढ़ाई में डालें लगभग 1 मिनट तक पकाएं और उसके बाद टमाटर का पेस्ट डालें और अच्छी तरह से मिलाएं 5 से 7 मिनट तक पकाएं.
  3. अब कढ़ाई में धीरे-धीरे दही डालें और मसालों को दही के साथ कुछ देर भूने मसाले अगर ज्यादा सुखे हो तो कढ़ाई में आधा कप पानी भी डाल सकते हैं कटहल के टुकड़ों को कढ़ाई में डालकर अच्छी तरह से मिलाएं और लगभग 10 मिनट तक धीमी आंच पर पकाएं धनिया पत्ती से सजाकर परोस करें.
